Download, Complete, and Return an Item List Template

Once you’ve figured out what products you would like to sell, download the Item List Template from the link provided. Upon completing the Item List Template, email it to your SPS representative for appraisal.

We Evaluate and Appraise Your Item List

Our appraisal team will evaluate your product list. Your SPS representative will then deliver an offer within 48 – 72 hours.

How the Appraisal Process Works

Product Evaluation and Comparison

By evaluating and comparing your surplus list to the product demand from our active customers, we can provide you a fast & easy solution to move those products out of your facility.

Within 72 hours, your SPS Account Manager will present you with an offer to buy back your surplus inventory. That offer will take into consideration the following factors: demand from our customers, expiration dates, quantities in stock, condition of product.

Depreciation of Value Analysis

Unfortunately, the surplus you are selling does not have the same value it did when you originally purchased the inventory due to depreciation. These items devalue over time as they near expiration.

The earlier you can discover the surplus and notify us, the more value we can place on the inventory.

You Ship Your Items for FREE to SPS

After the offer is accepted, we will send prepaid shipping labels. We ship the product at no cost to you.

Terms of Payment

Our payment terms are net 30 from when the product is received in house and has completed the quality control process.
